DOMAÍRE RETURN POLICY
At Domaíre, we do our utmost to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the possibility to return your order. Please read our return policy below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason. This means you can inform us within 14 days after receipt that you wish to return the products.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the products must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and undamaged.
- The product must be in its original packaging, including all labels and any protective seals.
- Perfumes may not be opened or used for hygiene reasons.
3. Return Procedure
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days after receiving your order at infodomaire@gmail.com and provide your order number.
- We will send you a confirmation with instructions for returning the products.
- Carefully pack the product in the original packaging and send it to the provided return address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- The costs of returning the product are at the customer’s expense unless the product was received damaged or defective.
- We advise returning the product via a traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refund
Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will within 14 days:
- Refund the full purchase price including the standard shipping costs of the original order. If you return only part of your order, shipping costs will not be refunded.
- The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
6. Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Products specially made or personalized for you.
- Sealed perfumes that cannot be returned after opening due to hygiene or health reasons.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours after receipt at infodomaire@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product. We will ensure you receive a replacement free of charge or a full refund.
8. Returns of Subscription Products
8.1. No Returns Based on Scent Preference
Because the DOMAÍRE Mystery Scent is a subscription where customers receive a surprise fragrance every month, products cannot be returned based on scent preference.
8.2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the delivered product is damaged or incorrect, the customer must report this within 7 days after receipt via infodomaire@gmail.com. In this case, DOMAÍRE will provide a replacement product or another appropriate solution.
8.3. No Refund on Cancellation
Payments for the subscription are collected in advance and are non-refundable once processed. Customers may cancel their subscription, but no refunds will be issued for the months already paid. Cancellation will take effect for the following subscription period.
