Welcome to Domaíre, your destination for exclusive perfumes. These general terms and conditions apply to all orders, purchases, and deliveries made through our website.
By placing an order via our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Orders
2.1 Order Process
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. An order is only final once it has been accepted and confirmed by Domaíre. We reserve the right to refuse an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud.
2.2 Prices and Payment
All prices listed on the website are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately. We accept the following payment methods: iDeal, Mastercard, Visa, GooglePay & ApplePay. The order will be processed once payment is successfully received.
2.3 Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it has been shipped. Please contact us within 24 hours at infodomaire@gmail.com. Once the order has been shipped, our return policy applies.
3. Delivery
3.1 Shipping Information
We ship our products throughout the Netherlands. Orders are shipped 1–2 working days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by destination and are clearly indicated during checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over €40.
3.3 Risk of Loss
Domaíre is responsible for the products until they are delivered to the specified delivery address. After delivery, the customer assumes all risk of loss or damage.
3.4 Liability for User-Caused Damage
Domaíre upholds high standards for the quality and safety of its car perfumes and packaging. However, it is the user’s responsibility to use and store the product correctly.
Domaíre cannot be held liable for damage caused by improper use of the product, such as:
• Leakage in the car due to incorrect placement or opening of the car perfume.
• Stains on clothing or interior due to spillage or contact with delicate materials.
• Surface damage caused by direct contact with the perfume, especially on leather or certain plastics.
We advise using the product according to the instructions and handling the liquid with care. If you have questions about safe use, feel free to contact our customer service.
4 . Return Policy
4.1 Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at infodomaire@gmail.com.
4.2 Return Conditions
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
4.3 Refunds
Once we have received the returned products in good condition, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
5. Liability
5.1 Product Descriptions
Domaíre strives to describe and depict its products as accurately as possible. However, we are not liable for inaccuracies or variations in color, scent, or packaging.
5.2 Limited Liability
Domaíre is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of our products. In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount of the original purchase.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Domaíre’s website—including text, photos, logos, and other images—is the property of Domaíre and protected by copyright. It is not permitted to copy or use any material from the website without written permission from Domaíre.
8. Applicable Law
All agreements and disputes between Domaíre and the customer are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.
9. Amendments to Terms
Domaíre reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via our website. The new terms apply to orders placed after the date of the change.
10. Subscription Terms – DOMAÍRE Mystery Scent
10.1 The DOMAÍRE Mystery Scent subscription has a minimum term of three (3) months. After this period, the subscription can be canceled on a monthly basis.
10.2 The subscription fee is charged monthly in advance via the payment method provided by the customer. If a payment fails, the customer will be notified and a new attempt will be made. If payment repeatedly fails, Domaíre reserves the right to suspend or terminate the subscription.
10.3 The monthly fragrance will be shipped around the first week of each month. Domaíre is not responsible for delays caused by external delivery services.
10.4 The subscription can be canceled after the minimum term and must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle via [your customer service channel]. Cancellations submitted later will take effect the following month.
10.5 Subscription fees already collected are non-refundable. If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must notify us within 7 days of receipt via infodomaire@gmail.com, after which a suitable solution will be offered.
10.6 Domaíre reserves the right to modify the prices and terms of the subscription. Changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance. If a customer does not agree to the changes, they have the right to cancel the subscription immediately.
10.7 The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the DOMAÍRE Mystery Scent subscription, as it is a personalized and monthly changing product.
