DOMAÍRE CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Minimum Subscription Period

When subscribing to the DOMAÍRE Mystery Scent subscription, a minimum commitment of 3 months applies. This policy prevents misuse and ensures customers can fully enjoy the fragrance experience we offer.

2. Canceling and Pausing

After the initial 3 months, the subscription can be paused or canceled at any time without further obligations. This can be done easily via your account on our website or by contacting our customer service.

3. Notice Period

• Cancellations before the 15th of the month: Deliveries will stop starting the following month.
• Cancellations after the 15th of the month: One more fragrance will be sent, after which the cancellation takes effect.

4. Refunds

Since the subscription is billed monthly and paid in advance, no refunds are given for months already paid.
